Talent ID Event
Our last Talent ID Day was our biggest yet — and the next one is on the way. Register now and your player is first in line for a place.
Free · limited places · U9–U16
Please note: players on an E-PPRO programme are given priority. Remaining places are allocated first come, first served.
120+ players at Westway, and scouts on the touchline
Our first Talent ID Day at the new Shepherd's Bush venue brought out more players than any we've run. A full afternoon of technical work and small-sided games, assessed by our UEFA B coaches — and watched by scouts from Category 1–3 academies. Players walked off that pitch with real interest from multiple clubs, and the follow-ups started the same week.

Talent ID Day — your questions
When is the next Talent ID Day?
We're finalising the date now. Registration is already open, so get your player on the list and you'll have the date — and the offer of a place — before it goes public. Places are limited and registered players are prioritised.
Is the Talent ID Day really free?
Yes — completely free. It's an open assessment session and a first look at how E-PPRO works.
What age groups can attend?
The day is open to players aged U9–U16. All abilities are welcome — it's about potential and attitude, not just current level.
Who is it for?
Ambitious young players — boys and girls who want serious development. All abilities are welcome; the day is about potential and attitude, not just current level.
Why should my player come?
It's a genuine, no-commitment way to have your player assessed by UEFA B coaches and active pro-club scouts, get honest feedback, and see what E-PPRO's sessions offer.
Where is it held?
Our last one ran at Westway Sports & Fitness Centre in Shepherd's Bush, West London, and we expect the next to be there too. The exact pitch is confirmed to registered players by email.
Does registering commit me to anything?
No. It puts your player on the list for the next date and nothing more — you decide whether to take the place when we offer it.
What should my child bring?
Boots (suitable for 4G pitch), shin pads, water and a football kit. Goalkeepers should bring their gloves.
What happens on the day?
A proper session — technical work and small-sided games — run by our UEFA B coaches and watched by active pro-club scouts, with honest, useful feedback.
What can I expect as an outcome?
Every player is assessed individually, and there are a few directions it can lead. Some players are put forward to trial with a professional academy; others are invited back for further assessment, or recommended onto E-PPRO's elite development pathway with a clear route to progress. And where that next step isn't the right one just yet, we'll guide your player into the E-PPRO sessions that will develop them towards it.
