Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you enquire about, register interest in, or book any session, trial, course or coaching with E-PPRO (Elite Player Programme) (“E-PPRO”, “we”, “us”). By submitting a form on this website you confirm you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Where a player is under 18, the parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on their behalf.

1. About us

E-PPRO provides youth football development, group sessions, 1-to-1 coaching, goalkeeping and strength & conditioning across Surrey, South West London and West London. You can contact us at eliteplayerprogramme@gmail.com or 07597 254456.

2. Enquiries, registrations & bookings

Registering interest or submitting a booking request through this website is a request only — it does not by itself guarantee a place. Spaces are limited and are confirmed by us directly by email, phone or message. A place is only secured once we have confirmed it with you.

We currently do not take payment online. Where a session is chargeable, we will confirm the fee and arrange payment with you directly before the place is finalised.

3. Fees & payment

Prices for one-off sessions, monthly plans, trials and any joining fee are as shown on the website at the time of booking and may change. Monthly plans are billed per calendar month; a one-off joining fee may apply. Fees are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Non-payment may result in a place being withdrawn.

4. Free trials

A free trial, where offered, is subject to availability and intended for players who have not previously trained with us. We reserve the right to limit trials to one per player.

5. Cancellations, refunds & missed sessions

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please let us know as early as possible. Sessions may occasionally be cancelled or rescheduled by us (for example due to weather, venue availability or coach illness); where a paid session is cancelled by us and cannot be rearranged, we will offer a credit or refund for that session. Missed sessions that are not cancelled in advance are not normally refundable.

6. Player conduct & safeguarding

We are committed to providing a safe, positive environment for every player. Players and parents/guardians are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, other players and venue property. We may refuse or withdraw a place where behaviour puts the safety or enjoyment of others at risk. Safeguarding concerns can be raised with us at any time using the contact details above.

7. Health, medical information & consent

You must tell us about any medical condition, injury, allergy or additional need that may affect a player's participation. Players take part on the basis that they are fit to do so. In an emergency, and where a parent/guardian cannot be reached, you consent to us arranging appropriate first aid or medical treatment.

8. Photography & media

We may take photographs or video at sessions for coaching and promotional purposes. If you do not wish a player to appear in any such media, please tell us in writing and we will respect that request.

9. Liability

Football involves a risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-PPRO is not liable for loss, damage or injury except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Personal belongings are brought to sessions at your own risk.

10. Changes to sessions & these terms

We may change session times, venues, coaches or content where reasonably necessary. We may also update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies to your booking.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
